1. Who is responsible
Soul and Saar Dubai, UAE, is the data controller for information collected through this site. Contact: grow@soulandsaar.com
2. What we collect
When you buy — name, email, billing country. Card details go directly to our payment provider; we never see or store them.
When you subscribe — email address, and whether you open our emails.
When you order a reading — name, and date, time and place of birth.
When you contact us — whatever you choose to put in the message.
Automatically — standard analytics: pages viewed, approximate location, device type.
3. Birth details
Birth information is used solely to prepare your reading. It is never sold, shared or used for marketing. It is deleted on request at any time — email grow@soulandsaar.com.
4. Why we hold it
To deliver what you bought, to answer you, to send the newsletter you asked for, to meet tax and accounting obligations, and to understand how the site is used.
5. Who we share it with
Only with the providers who make the service work — payment processing, email delivery, file delivery, website hosting and analytics. Each processes data on our instructions. We never sell your data to anyone.
6. Where it is held
Our providers may store data outside the UAE, including in the EU and the United States. Where required, transfers are made under standard contractual clauses.
7. How long we keep it
Purchase records for as long as tax law requires. Newsletter data until you unsubscribe. Birth details until you ask us to delete them. Contact messages for up to two years.
8. Your rights
You may ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we use it. Email grow@soulandsaar.com and we will respond within thirty days.

9. Cookies
We use essential cookies to make the site work and analytics cookies to understand traffic. You can refuse non-essential cookies through the banner or your browser settings.
10. Children
This site is not intended for anyone under sixteen and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We will update this page if our practices change, and change the date at the top.
