1. Who we are

Soul & Saar is operated in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to that company. Contact: grow@soulandsaar.com

2. What we sell

Digital books and guides, written personal readings, one-to-one sessions, group programmes, memberships, physical goods and guided journeys. Each has its own description and price on this site.

3. Purchases and payment

Payments are processed by our payment providers. We do not store your card details. Prices are shown in US dollars and may be converted by your bank at its own rate. Applicable VAT is added where required.

4. Digital products

On purchase you receive a licence to read and use the product for your own personal use. You may not resell, redistribute, publish or share it. Files may be individually marked with the purchaser’s details.

Digital products are refundable within thirty days of purchase. Email grow@soulandsaar.com; no reason is required.

5. Readings

Readings are prepared by hand and delivered by email, ordinarily within one to two working days.

Readings are offered for personal reflection only. They are not prediction, not fortune-telling, and not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. No outcome of any kind is promised or implied. You remain solely responsible for your own decisions.

Because each reading is prepared individually, a reading cannot be refunded once it has been written. If you cancel before work begins, you receive a full refund.

6. Sessions and programmes

Sessions are conversations in which we share our own experience and opinions. They are not therapy, counselling, regulated financial advice or legal advice, and we hold no licence to provide any of those.

If we believe you would be better served by a qualified professional we will say so and end the session.

Sessions may be rescheduled with 24 hours’ notice. Cohort places are refundable until the cohort begins.

7. Membership

Membership renews monthly until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account; access continues to the end of the paid period. We do not refund part-months.

8. Physical goods

Shipped from Dubai. Delivery estimates are estimates. Unused goods may be returned within fourteen days of delivery at your cost.

9. Journeys

Travel is booked under separate written terms provided before any deposit. Deposits are non-refundable unless we cancel. You are responsible for your own visas, insurance, vaccinations and fitness to travel. Travel insurance is mandatory.

10. Intellectual property

All content on this site and in our products is our property or used with permission. The teachings referred to are not ours and we claim no authority over them.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with any product or service is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here on the date of your purchase.
