The Letters — A monthly members letter for people doing this work alongside a demanding life. Written, personal, and nothing you will find on the public feed.
I want to be straight about what this is and is not.
It is not a community, a course, or a library of every book I have written. It is a letter — written, monthly, and considerably more specific than anything I publish publicly.
The free Sunday Letter is one idea a week for everyone. This is written for people actually doing the work, and includes the parts I would not put on the open internet: real numbers, real failures, situations with the details left in.
Deliberately limited, so the answers are worth reading.
Submit at any point in the month. Business, money, work, family, practice — whatever you are actually sitting with.
I pick the three most useful to the most people and answer them properly — several hundred words each, not a line.
No names, no companies, no identifying details. If a question cannot be anonymised, I answer it privately instead.
Questions carry over. Recurring ones usually become the following month’s essay.
— An essay a month you cannot read anywhere else
— A worked example with the details left in
— Three questions answered in writing
— 15% off everything, permanently
— Early access to journeys and the shop
— Live calls with me — that is what sessions are for
— The books included — they are priced separately and fairly
— A video archive — I do not have one
— Personal replies to every message
— Unlimited questions — three a month, so they get real answers
The free letter is one idea a week for everyone. This is monthly, longer, and includes the parts I would not publish openly.
Early in the month. The essay, the worked example and the Q&A come together in one email.
You get a code when you subscribe. It works on the reading, sessions and the cohort, for as long as you are a member.
One click, from your own account page. No email, no conversation, no offer to stay.
Probably, for new members. Not for you — the founding rate is locked for as long as you stay subscribed.
Yes, everything published since it started. Not the books, though — those are separate.
One essay, one worked example, three questions answered — and 15% off everything else here.
